Scope of Services

We are proficient in handling all types of building related claims. However, our engineering and building expertise lead us to specialise in the general fields of engineering, machinery breakdown and plant losses, building and fire claims, as well as electronic equipment and losses. 

This does not preclude us from attending regularly to all other types of general claims.

We also specialise in the ability to handle difficult clients and marginal claims, where it is important to quickly sum up and read the situation, and respond accordingly in the appropriate manner.

We endeavour to differentiate ourselves in the market, through service and our technical ability and always strive to provide superior reporting turnaround times.

We undertake adjustments on behalf of all the major Insurers and Underwriters in South Africa.
